We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our customers network infrastructure. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that our customers network systems are efficient, secure, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure solutions that meet customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure the highest levels of network availability.
• Develop and maintain network security policies, procedures, and configurations to protect our network and data from unauthorized access.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.
• Monitor network performance and provide proactive recommendations to improve network efficiency, capacity, and scalability.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that our network infrastructure is integrated with other systems and services.

Requirements:

• Have completed or be at the end of their undergraduate studies in the field of Information Technology (Computer Science, Telecommunication), and/or
• Possess network professional certifications or equivalent knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Have good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, and familiarity in one of the following technologies/fields:
  • IP/MPLS Infrastructure,
  • Linux, programming for automation of processes (scripting, Java, Python etc.),
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Cloud Technologies and good understanding of SDN/NFV concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of network security protocols and technologies, including VPN, IPSec, SSL, and Firewalls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• University degree is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
